I’m in the market for some new shoes for the gym. I’m a flip flop girl. I live in Florida. I was born and raised in the Sunshine State. Like many Florida natives, I consider it flip flop season year round!
I don’t think I’ve worn a pair of shoes with toes outside of exercising since I quit my job and started freelancing from home two years ago.
I used to have a bad habit of buying nearly every pair of shoes I saw on sale. That means I actually own several pairs of sneakers. I’ve been trying them out at the gym and so far none are working. Too big, too small, too rigid, not enough support, not enough flexibility. They all have something wrong with them.
So it’s time for me to go shoe shopping. Do you have any tips? I mostly walk (both treadmill and outdoors) and do a Curves type circuit workout.
Reebok sent me something asking, “Have you been looking for a cool new running shoe for your next workout?” I thought, “Why, yes, I have!”
Here’s some info about their new product, the Reebok ZQuick:
Reebok has been inspired by hi-performance, Z-Rated tires, and created the Reebok ZQuick training shoe that delivers sports car handling for your feet. They have plenty of color combinations for those of you that like to mix and match your outfits. Best of all, these kicks come in at just under $90 and they are now available in models designed for both running (ZQuick) and training (ZQuick TR). Check out this neat video below and let me know if you buy a pair of the Reebok ZQuick!
By the way, what do you call this type of shoe? Sneaker? Athletic shoe? Gym shoe? Tennis shoe?
