I’ve been trying to make healthier food choices. Going to the store to stock up on good-for-me snacks is hard sometimes, though. They have so much that ISN’T good for me there, tempting me with every step!
Does that ever happen to you? You want some turkey from the deli to make low-carb rollups for snacks, but to get to the deli you have to walk through the bakery, where cupcakes, muffins, whole cakes, pies and more call your name. If you make it all the way to the checkout with just your fruits, veggies and other healthy finds, you still have to battle the chips, soda and candy bars in the aisle while you wait.
